Today is President Obama's 48th birthday. Of course he spent his day running the country in part, but Robert Gibbs told the press:
...that Obama celebrated his birthday (it's Tuesday) at Camp David over the weekend in part by playing a little basketball and, yes, bowling. He threw three strikes and a 9 on his last four tries, Gibbs said.
He then went on to say:
"I'm just saying," Gibbs joked. "I told the President, look, if you had done this in Pennsylvania, my life would have been a little easier last spring."
We're waiting for the movement demanding to see the President's long-form scoring sheet.
And over at the White House Press Room Obama sang Happy Birthday to his birthday mate and long time White House journalist Helen Thomas.
How cute is this man! Loves him!
